The location was magnificent as for me. It took only 10 minutes to walk to Big Tours Istanbul bus stop. The room was tidy with double bed, everything was perfect.
The staff were very bad, didn't expect that coming.

Liked staying here, my room was neat and outstanding and had a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and TV. The hotel was set in a very central area really close to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, all tourist attractions and the center of Istanbul.

The hotel of choice in Istanbul. Fairly clean place with honest staff members and garden views. Sensational breakfast with a good choice of options to choose from. Spotlessly clean and brand-new room plus an electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. Magnificent location, right at Basilica Cistern. Also - near bus / metro station as well as most hotels, restaurants, cafes.

We only stayed here for 7 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was perfect. Our breakfast was sensational and for a bite; the staff was attentive and best. The location of the hotel was unbeatable and excellent - a 10-15 minute walking distance from a Roman triumphal column.

The venue is fairly clean, the staff is excellent. Wonderful and comfortable rooms with double bed are accompanied by great service. The breakfast is delicious and the location is the best! It takes 5 mins walk to get to the train station.

The place is fairly clean and stunningly beautiful. The breakfast is delicious and excellent for a bite, had different food. Every staff member is honest and welcoming and strives to meet your needs. All in all they offer nice service. Its parking is nearby, and the fee equals gbp 11 per day.

Although some of the staff were very rude, I had a such great stay. There were an electronic key card, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk in my spotlessly clean and brand-new room. The breakfast was sensational for a bite, the food was different.

Thoroughly enjoyed my REALLY GREAT stay in the next visit. Family room I stayed at was brand-new and tidy with double bed. The room had a work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a TV set plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Marvellous location, the hotel was next to a ferry port. Located in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown, the staff were very very kind.

the place was beautiful, we would definitely come back. the location was absolutely perfect and impeccable - 500 metres away from an ottoman - era friday mosque. the area was excellent just next door to train station, underground and sirkeci square and sultan ahmet. the personnel was attentive, and the owner too.
Some of the staff were very rude.
