The location was good, near to good restaurants and places to visit as well as metro station, restaurant, sea shore, market and mosques and easily accessible. They offered us DELIGHTFUL meals, had plenty of options to choose from.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were kind of rude.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room with a very nice terrace. It was a magnificent and incredible location short walk to tram stops, all sightseeings and Hagia Sophia. Some of the staff members were incredibly attentive and excellent.

All in all a nice stay, the venue met requirements. Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and incredible room. The breakfast was delicious, lots of food. The hotel was in an amazing and great location really close to a restaurant down the street and the sightseeings. It was also merely 1 km from an ancient roman column.

The accommodation was fairly clean, the room was neat and huge. The staff was truly friendly, offered concierge service, wake up service, and ironing free of charge. The food was delightful, with plenty of options. The hotel had indeed a good location to the nearest tram stop. And it was at a moderate distance from an enormous palace.
The staff were a bit rude, didn't expect that coming.

Particularly good and stunning location at a short distance from Basilica Cistern. Set short walk to many important touristic places, the city centre in and Turkey for 16 days in the quiet area.
