Hospitable and fairly clean place, competent staff on the part of one staff member. Best possible spot close to tram stops and transportations. Again, walking distance to The Cavern Club. Plenty of food in the hotel, rooftop restaurant.

Had a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in my deluxe triple room. The location was excellent and amazing, just a walking distance from Theodosius Cistern. Super-friendly and gentle staff made my stay an excellent experience.
