The place was fairly clean and we loved deluxe king room. The location was magnificent and perfect for Istanbul, near to the international airport, and the taxi. There were a lot of restaurants to eat, like Ekspres Inegol Koftecisi that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, though everything was good. The room was carpeted and tidy, had a laptop safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed. There was a wide range of delicious meals.
The staff were terrible, didn't expect that coming.

It is wonderful and pleasant hotel with a view over lake. Variety of options, tasty food. Big bed in the deluxe king room, plus a microwave oven, climate control, and a personal safe. Excellent service during my very good stay. The magnificent and absolutely perfect location for the price, close enough to the outer European districts of Istanbul, restaurant for dinner around 21:00 and the factories. Also, in central areas where service would be better.

The hotel was pleasant and fairly clean with exceptionally good views of lake. The setting was awesome, very close to the Pelican Mall, the stunning city of Istanbul, and the market. Easily reached Palmiye restaurant, located just a short stroll away from the property, had lunch/dinner there. The staff were all exceptional and courteous. The service was all in all excellent.
