Really enjoyed how fully equipped the property was and its super friendly staff at reception desk. The American breakfast had variety of food. I was offered a room with exceptional views of the sea. The hotel was in a central setting to the tramway. Cafe World Museum's Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and extremely accommodating and we would return there. Booked it for 2 days and had a really comfortable experience. The setting was marvellous, very close to the tram station, galata, all cozy restaurants and the Galata Bridge and Tram.
