The breakfast offered a huge variety of options and was sensational. The staff was welcoming and polite and always helped me. It was based in really good building in a marvellous location, far away from everything touristic. Had tea and goodies at Pinar Dondurma, nestled 2 km of the hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful and exceptionally courteous, so I would stay here again. Breakfast was great, incredible views, reasonable location short walk to the restaurants for lunch / dinner, optimum outlet and a good shopping mall, a taxi tide to the Best part of Istanbul. Really enjoyed the in-house restaurant.

The hotel was perfect and luxury with best possible location right by the supermarket as well as the restaurants behind for lunch/dinner. Having a work desk, a coffee/tea maker and a TV in my good-sized and nicely furnished room was really great. The bed was nice as expected. Everything was amazing, though a few employees were very bad. And problem was resolved when I asked them to.

The hotel was fairly clean and the breakfast was very good. The location was perfect opposite an Outlet Mall. Plus, it was short walk to the airport, a ferry to Princess Islands, and yenisahra metro station. Amiable and smart staff explained where we were staying. And they resolved problem right away.
Had overpriced breakfast, it might be way much better.
