The venue is clean, the staff is competent. Its rooms are wonderfully decorated and reasonably large, had a lovely stay on a vacation. The hotel had magnificent and fantastic location so close to tramway, marmaray to ferry, the subway and the centre of istanbul. I was surprised at nearby Gulhane Sur Cafe, they had some goodies, drinks.
