The hotel was a characterful base for enjoying a nice enough area, really close to the tram station, and markets. The staff was very cordial, offered us wake up service and ironing free of charge. Standard king room with a nice balcony, a nice view, terrace was ready when we arrived. An electric kettle and refrigerators were available too. Central location was a plus.

The venue was nicely presented and well-organized, I greatly enjoyed the stay and the location was stunning close to restaurants, shops, and both Metro and Tram as well as tram and metro. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and around most of the time. The service offered was very good. The pool was nice too.
