The staff was caring and amazingly attentive providing assistance. The location was peaceful and top - near to the blue mosque and grand bazaare, a big slope and rainy Istanbul on the evening of Good Friday. Besides, we wanted to visit 199 Steps, that was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The stay here was very very good for first time visit. The hotel was really close to main attractions like Sultan Ahmed, and Grand Bazar and Sultan Ahmed thanks to its the best and convenient location. The caring staff were ready to help in every way.

The hotel's position was great, just off the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Topkapi Palace, the tram station and bazzar, and all the main sights in Old City. I ate in the rooftop restaurant nearby.

My father and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. The superior triple room was new-fashioned with fantastic view from the window, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. All in all everything was great, yet I had quite small bathroom. Tbh, had a fairly nice stay in September.
The staff were untrained, didn't expect that coming.

Deluxe hotel, great views, quiet atmosphere. Very close to train station, within 15 minutes' walk. We dined out at Kalamar Restaurant, set minutes from the property. Room was good sized and amenities included a mini bar, central heating and an ironing set. Loved the downstairs bar.
