The staff was caring and amazingly attentive providing assistance. The location was peaceful and top - near to the blue mosque and grand bazaare, a big slope and rainy Istanbul on the evening of Good Friday. Besides, we wanted to visit 199 Steps, that was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

My father and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. The superior triple room was new-fashioned with fantastic view from the window, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. All in all everything was great, yet I had quite small bathroom. Tbh, had a fairly nice stay in September.
The staff were untrained, didn't expect that coming.

Deluxe hotel, great views, quiet atmosphere. Very close to train station, within 15 minutes' walk. We dined out at Kalamar Restaurant, set minutes from the property. Room was good sized and amenities included a mini bar, central heating and an ironing set. Loved the downstairs bar.
