The staff was caring and amazingly attentive providing assistance. The location was peaceful and top - near to the blue mosque and grand bazaare, a big slope and rainy Istanbul on the evening of Good Friday. Besides, we wanted to visit 199 Steps, that was just a short stroll away from the hotel.

My father and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. The superior triple room was new-fashioned with fantastic view from the window, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. All in all everything was great, yet I had quite small bathroom. Tbh, had a fairly nice stay in September.
The staff were untrained, didn't expect that coming.
