Make sure to get deluxe room with heating constantly, three bedroom, for instance. The location it has right by seaside, nice restaurants, a nice park by the seaside and one of the busiest streets in Istanbul, and Bagdat Street and the ferry station Caddebostan is amazing.
The hotel needs some renovation.

I spent 5 nights and would like to go back here again. Everything was perfect, very amiable staff, delightful views of the sea. Its location was perfect, near the beach, and in a very very nice area. I was happy to find Welldone by Midpoint, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel and served nice food. My carpeted room had a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed.

The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a very very nice area, adjacent to the sea, resturants, coffee shops, Metro station and Baghdad street which holding a lot of brand names product's shops.
