Make sure to get deluxe room with heating constantly, three bedroom, for instance. The location it has right by seaside, nice restaurants, a nice park by the seaside and one of the busiest streets in Istanbul, and Bagdat Street and the ferry station Caddebostan is amazing.
The hotel needs some renovation.

We really enjoyed spending 3 nights here. The hotel was clean based in a classic style building with very pleasant and incredibly nice staff. The location was marvellous for us - close to restaurants and cafes. Had tea and goodies at Mado, nestled 1 km of the venue.

I spent 5 nights and would like to go back here again. Everything was perfect, very amiable staff, delightful views of the sea. Its location was perfect, near the beach, and in a very very nice area. I was happy to find Welldone by Midpoint, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel and served nice food. My carpeted room had a clean bathroom and a comfortable bed.

Everything was perfect, no complains at all, I can't recommend highly enough it. The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a very very nice area, adjacent to the sea, resturants, coffee shops, Metro station and Baghdad street which holding a lot of brand names product's shops. The location was perfect and the room was carpeted. And it was not very far from Mignon, ate there couple of times.
