I felt at home in this nice hotel. The staff was polite and courteous, my every need was addressed. The breakfast I had was incredible with jam. The location was marvellous and amazing, eas to access to the metro station. Really enjoyed my stay, had a decent experience.

The location offered was marvellous and perfect short walk to Cevahir shopping mall. Besides, I explored a modern shopping mall within easy walking distance of the hotel. The breakfast was fantastic at 10:45, and the pool was nice.

I really enjoyed this hotel, it was nice and gorgeous with good wi-fi. The staff were courteous and understanding. The room was really well-equipped and clean, exceptionally comfortable beds. The location was marvellous and amazing, for example, a modern shopping mall was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

Peaceful hotel, clean, courteous staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. There were a private safe, a minibar, and central heating in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. It was in the central location close to malls. Also, it was 5 minutes drive to a National Palaces Painting museum.
The area was pretty noisy.

You guys made our stay excellent! Truly enjoyed Istanbul, the hotel was peaceful and upscale close to malls. Excellent service, as the staff were polite. The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was amazing. The setting was excellent, adjacent to the airport as well as business centre. It was good to be 1 km away from Unsal Bufe, serving short-orders.

Being within easy reach of dolmabahce palace and right by Dada Salon. Free parking was an extra advantage. We loved surmeli istanbul.
