the venue is clean, with convenient location really close to istiklal street, the center of istanbul, and the centre of the heart of taksim. the staff are best, and the atmosphere is family. all in all they offer excellent service. the outdoor restaurant serves delightful food.

The whole experience was really lovely. The staff were lovely without being intrusive. The location of this perfect hotel was particularly good, near public transport. Dined at Musa Ustam Ocakbasi, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.

The location was best possible, just 5 min walk from a cobblestone street. What's more, it was close enough to metro and bus stations, the center of taksim street and public transport. The personnel was best offered me a modern room with comfortable beds. A hair dryer, terry dressing gowns and fresh towels were a plus.
