The staff were very helpful and well-mannered and assisted us with public parking. Our FAMILY room had a multi-channel television, a dining area, and ironing facilities. The breakfast was delicious, there was a huge variety of food to chose from.

Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from Istiklal Avenue was good. Enjoyed the very nice area just off Istiklal Street and Galata Tower, especially the shopping centre, and works till the late night. The breakfast spread was delicious and great, with a wide array of fine options.

Overall it was silent with good wifi. The staff were both amazingly nice and outstandingly accommodating. The location was marvellous and decent - ease of access to Istiklal Avenue. The area was very very nice next to the bridge, Taksim square and works till the late night.
Staff was corteous, room was huge, continental breakfast was enjoyable. Restaurant was fabulous and neat. Tranquil location to basilica cistern.
Not very good views from the window.

attractive and competitive value for money, loyal staff & sensational meal in the morning. the room was new-fashioned and it had a mini fridge bar, an iron and satellite television. there's olea pizzeria within 5 minutes walk or so, really loved their menu.
