The hotel was in a fantastic location near to the main attractions of Istanbul like Galata Tower and Taksim square and Istiklal street. The rooms were neat, complete with grate view, a stove plus kids or babies, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too.

Close to a tram station, the location was MAGNIFICENT and particularly good, very close to tram that connects you to main tourist destinations. I could see the roof top from the window of the king suite.

My favourite property in Istanbul. Absolutely perfect location in Istanbul, so close to tram station, Taksim Square, Galata Tower and many attractions, tram, metro, ferry and bus and Galata Tower, Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Cheap food in the restaurants such as Napizz, located 5 min away.
Wi-Fi was very poor.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location was marvellous and lovely for walking around Kilic Ali Pasha Complex. Truly enjoyed that it was set near to Tophane Suites, ferry, and Taksim, Sultanahmet and shopping malls.

They had fireplace in the reception. Poolside bar was cozy. Although you guys made our stay brilliant, beds were small.
