Appreciated this place, it was well-run. The overall atmosphere was quiet, yet some staff members were not so helpful. Location: the hotel was just next door to shopping street, the mosque being built across the road, and major tourist sites.

The place was clean and gorgeous, had excellent co-operating and attentive staff especially the receptionist who took time to help me plan my day trip. The rooms were neat and brand-new, and the bathroom was fine with a walk-in shower. The location was best possible for walking around Carsi Cami.

Loved our stay, had great 1 day overall. The setting was magnificent, next to the center and bus stops as well as major tourist sites. In our a double room We had essentials needed, including an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The staff was polite especially the receptionist who took time to help us plan our day trip.

The hotel was brand-new and I loved the streets of Trabzon. I booked twin/double room overlooking garden. It was a warm stay, you could leave a car on-site.

Loved the place, good stay. I was offered a room with really lovely views of the sea. Climate control, a seating area and a writing desk were great. Decent base for exploring Trabzon.
