The staff was competent and helpful, offered very good services. The breakfast was excellent, great with superb local cuisine. The location was central, not far from all shoping areas. There was Lezzet Lokantasi minutes from the hotel.

Certainly a such great experience for shopping in Trabzon. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a safe box and multi-channel television. The location was incredible, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Bedesten Bazaar. The breakfast was marvellous and exceptional, they offered eggs and cheese.
The room was a bit small, for me personally.

Well-designed room, large bathroom, good staff. Nice view of canal. Central location, at a medium distance from cal-camili tabiat parki. Quiet area. The service at this amazing boutique hotel was friendly.
Facilities were excellent, nonetheless Wi-Fi was pretty slow.
We loved this great central hotel, and we would stay here again. Absolutely superb and non smoking room and polite staff. Walking distance to a grocery store and a market across the street. The staff did all they can for a great stay. Property was so clean and the service was top notch.

We liked the perfect location, and the helpfull staff. Hotel's valet helped us a lot! Had a room that opened onto the city. Lots of good breakfast items to choose from. You can easily park on free parking near the venue. Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the demands.

The whole experience was really enjoyable from start to finish, would recommend. Quality dishes were served at the rooftop restaurant. The exceptional service was provided in this courtesy hotel. My luck was that it had free WiFi throughout the property.

The place was QUIET, we enjoyed it. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Spent a nice evening at Cigkoftem, located 4-6 minutes walking distance from the venue. Comforts of economy double room were fabulous - a minibar, a writing table and ironing facilities.

A huge variety restaurants to eat close by, like Cemilusta that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Even the Trabzon airport was not so far. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose zorlu grand hotel trabzon. Great base for your vacations in Trabzon.
