The room with view. Pleasant and consistently courteous staff who were always there to help. The pool area was very clean and the location was particularly good and perfect, just off the bus stations and the metro stations as well as the center. It was a walking distance from Ali Baba Balikcilik, where you can have dinner. The team provided a terrific service.

Everything is very easy, excellent value, wonderful hotel overall. The employees are excellent co-operating and best. The room is spotlessly clean and with a safe, a mini bar, and an iron. The location is incredible and unbeatable, it's close to the center of shopping street and Cavhar Mall as well, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palace and the major attractions like Hagia Sophia. Great to have an outdoor restaurant on the premises.

Well presented hotel, had a really very good service. It was a joy spending time in the beautifully decorated room with terrace, fantastic breakfast plus coffee. I greatly enjoyed that the food for breakfast was fabulous! The staff was hard-working, so I would love to go back.

Casual hotel with nicely decorated rooms and comfortable gardens. The beach was sandy. Gorgeous view of bay. The service offered was helpful too. Moreover, I parked at the outside.

This hotel was excellent home base for exploring Istanbul, loved it. Comforts of deluxe room were fabulous - a personal safe, flat-screen TV and a work desk. Btw, their manager is top! Worth its 5 stars.
